"Isaiah just finished cleaning our almost 1000 sq ft white oak wood floor. Because the floor has open grain and is lacquered, not polyurethaned, seven years of grime had accumulated in the open grain. Isaiah came to the house once and together we recognized that the standard method of cleaning the floor with a floor buffer would not work. He consulted with the home office, and we rescheduled another attempt a week later. He brought a different machine, one that had revolving brushed that would get into the grain. We tested it in a small area and after determining that it would work, he then cleaned to floor in question. Isaiah did a great job. He moved the furniture that needed to be moved, left the room clean and neat. He was prompt and very profesional . We will definately use First Coast Home Pros and Isaiah again, just not wait seven years to get the floor deep cleaned."

"I hope I can get across to people on why they should use Complete Air Systems. I thought I needed to replace my A/C system because my unit was pretty old and making bad noises. Don the owner came out and explained his different products (14 seer vs 16 seer etc) We talked cost and I was pleased with his estimate. We went outside and Don examined my unit and he told me my unit was 20 yes old but was a better built unit than today’s products. Don grabbed a wrench, tightened some screws and nuts and my unit was working smoothly. Instead of trying to pressure me into buying a new A/C system he recommended keeping my older unit (after we compared my current electric bill to the money I would save with a new unit) Don’s honesty was very refreshing. When I asked him what I owed him he said “No Charge “ This is a smaller company than most but you “HAVE” to call them first before you go to the big named ones! Trust me on this! And I’m a guy that rarely submits reviews!!!"
