"I spoke to few home improvement companies and one of them was Michael at Venetian Builders. Our meeting and conversation was very productive that I decided to hire him for our project because he appeared to be more skilled and motivated for the job. Our project included the complete demolition, new framing, new plumbing, new tiles on floors and walls and not only in the shower area but surrounding the entire perimeter of the bathroom, build a new custom vanity, custom large mirror with large TV screen behind, new lights (outlets and switches), patching, priming, painting, new fixtures, frameless shower door, pocket door, travertine floor and cleaning of the entire place. Because this was our first large scale remodeling project, we needed a commitment which everything will be delivered on time and a guarantees to get a quality product. Michael was very patient and kind with us while he heard always to our opinions and ideas. During the middle of the remodeling project we said that we want to have a special door and when we saw the new beautiful tile wall, we changed our mind about it and we changed it to a swing door which fit much better. We will hire Michael and Venetian Builders again mainly because of his passion to his work and his stubbornness to create a space that is the best fit for his clients while doing all he can to deliver that. "Action Services Inc. did a good job. That was pretty quick. They did a pretty good job except that they ran out of time to do all of the work I wanted them to do which was fine. I thought they might be only able to do half of it with the time we bought. I don't remember if they offered any amount for more time. They ran out of time to plug up holes like the stucco that they made for it. It was kind of disappointing. They told us beforehand what they were going to do so that's okay. "
