He also, without the small additional cost, added a pipe line under the driveway so that I could have comcast pass their cable through for easier connections to my house, should I need it in the future. "Kyle does a walk through with you every morning and evening to discuss what's happening and to show you what's done. At any time, you can show him if you are not satisfied and he will 100% fix it to your satisfaction. He is a professional roofer with 26 years of experience and he's a very friendly guy. He is one of the most honest people you will meet. Kyle is also a perfectionist and keeps a very close eye on his crew and gets on the roof with them and works as hard as they do if not harder. His crew is very professional also and no one goes without a shirt on the job site nor is cursing allowed. He also brings a porta potty to the job site and removes it when they finish. They are very thorough and lay down material to catch the debris and nails. When the job is complete, they even do several trips around the job site using a magnet to find nails. "It was a Saturday when the main drain to the house clogged, leaving me with toilets and bathtubs backed up.  I called Roto Rooter and explained the situation.  The service person was on a another call at the time, but gave me an approximate time he would be at my place and the cost for the afterhours service call.  He also called just before getting to my house.  Once he was on site, he assessed the situation and began work.  Within 30 minutes the drain was running clean and I was writing a check for the amount he originally quoted.  I was very pleased with the service.  I could understand the service person's speech, he was polite and respectful, knowledgeable and efficient, and the price and timing were as quoted.  I have and will continue to recommend Roto Rooter. <br />"

"Paul was able to schedule me in very quickly and his crew (2 people) arrived exactly when promised. They used drop cloths under each window they re-crafted, installing insulation, creating new frames, caulking as appropriate, painting the areas of drywall that had to be repaired, and even rehanging the mini-blinds, which was not initially discussed. While the drywall repair and painting were not perfect, overall, for the price, this job was worth it. He finished in less than a full day and adjusted his pricing accordingly. His honesty, for me, is one of his selling points. We highly recommend Paul and will use him as needed in the future. He is a true craftsman."

"Griff came out and went over the details of the job with me. He measured square footage, checked the slope of the land, explained the process, including explaining the moisture shield and wire reinforcement. He asked how and where I wanted the equipment trucks and cement truck to go. He made sure I knew exactly what to expect. He and his crew arrived on time each day. They came out after the cement had hardened and cleaned up everything perfectly. He asked if I had someplace I wanted them to put the little pieces of concrete or if I wanted him to take the concrete. I have a runoff ravine and he purposefully placed them where they would do the most good. They raked the dirt neatly around the slab and put the grass plugs in the dirt. The grass is already being established. I highly recommend Griff's Concrete. In fact we are hiring him again to put in front sidewalks and a little patio. You might find somebody who says they will do it cheaper but it won't be better. <br />"
