We couldn't have the crew come in on any other day but Sunday, and it was no problem for these guys. They worked around my schedule and the schedules of my staff. Anything that they had to move in order to do their job, they replaced when finished. Each air vent was carefully removed, and after the duct was cleaned, the vents were replaced and cleaned, as well. There had been a smoke/fire in the building several years earlier, and had left a faint odor in the duct work.
