The cost for the irrigation work was an unknown because we did not know how much would be dug up during the excavation work. Therefore that part of the job was done at an hourly rate, and turned out to be a very reasonable price. Steve was very good about communicating with me on his schedule, and once work was started on the project, his crew got it done very quickly. We had a little communication issue with the sub-contractors who did the actual job but got that all resolved easily. The job took longer than anticipated but that was due the removal of existing concrete steps - lots of time involved. However this did not cost us anymore because this was included in the project bid. The sales manager Scott Hartman and project manager Matt Lemon were both very easy to work with through the whole process. Both Scott and Matt came out one Saturday morning during the project because I had some misunderstanding about the design.
