"I hired Zach to install a french drain, to plant some trees, and to install a rock bed at the edge of my property. Zach and crew were very timely and pleasant, and the price was right. But after completion i noticed some minor property damage, and some minor issues with the quality of work and cleanup. I'm a reasonable guy and sent Zach a text letting him know my thoughts, hoping to have a direct convo about it. However, I have not heard back from him at all. Hate to not leave 5 stars, but a little extra customer service would have gone a long way here. Here is that text: Hey Zach, just completed the final invoice. Apologies it took me a few days, we were camping with no cell service until yesterday. I wanted to let you know since i believe in constructive feedback, I'm not happy with some of the work done. My fence post was ran into and dented. I'll try to use a crowbar to repair but if that does not work i'll have to order a replacement & install. A bunch of the trees are planted at a pretty strong 30 degree angle instead of being upright. I'll straighten these out. There are still lots of big rocks in the lawn where the rock pile was. I'll take 30 minutes to clean it up. I know it rained heavily after the fresh soil / seed was planted, but some straw would have gone a long way to keep it in place. I'll have to re rake and seed and straw everything. Some of these are small things, but they leave a bad impression, and I wish your team would have just been upfront with me about the bent fence post."

"They were prompt and completed the job timely in April 2017. We then had the driveway professionally sealed in June 2017 as they recommended. The problem is the concrete is now badly scaling. I called them twice to explain the situation and they said they would send someone to look at the problem. It's been over two months and no one has contacted me and no one ever came to see the condition of the concrete. I also sent an email to Omnipro through this site one month ago, and again no one responded. Very disappointed. I will only hire them for future work if they will demonstrate appropriate follow-up and resolution."

"Matt completed a completed bathroom remodel for our main bathroom. Included tearing out all old materials, installing a new tub, tile on the walls and floor, and new vanity, sink top, toilet, lights, the works. We are very pleased with the work. Matt takes his time to do a quality job. There was a lot of tile work, and it looks great. Matt installed built in shelves for the shower with an arched top, and it looks very nice. He is a skilled craftsman. Matt is also a very honest person. We had to leave town for a period while the job was underway and we did not hesitate to give him access to our house while we were gone. That is very important to us."

"Mike was very professional, prompt, and seemed knowledgeable. He basically told me everything I already knew unfortunately. In fact he only correctly diagnosed an issue after I repeatedly pointed out what I thought was the issue. No specific plans or detailed suggestions for improvement were given as a part of the deal. Mike did proceed to give me an estimate to repair one of the issues, which was extremely high. Basically the service that was given was okay but certainly unimpressive based on the amount of money paid."

"Paul was amazing. He came out promptly after I called him, communicated effectively via email (thank goodness! As a family with two young children, phone tag just doesn't work for us!), requoted many times as we changed the scope of the job and reconsidered our options.  He was professional, prompt, didn't try to oversell, but was accommodating and made professional recommendations.  I contacted 4 Angie's List providers when we began the quoting process, and by far, Paul was the winner in all the categories above. <br /> We are so pleased. There are few contractors I've had experience with whom I would readily re-hire, and Paul is one. We've already had him quote a second job for us.  In addition to the work that was contracted and performed, he and his crew did additional pointing on the house and a few other repairs they noticed, as they were waiting to be able to perform the next step of their tasks. We are so thankful! <br /> Paul's crew was equally amazing. Each was friendly, professional, made eye contact and greeted our family as we walked past. We had no concerns whatsoever leaving our home (open) while the work was being performed.  There was no blaring music, foul talk, we felt very comfortable with them around our young children. The work site was left clean every day, and they were prompt. Most of the work was performed in the late afternoon/evening which was perfect for us allowing for the crew to get good chunks of work in without disrupting our children's nap times. (This is huge. "The project went very well. Erik helped me choose the right fencing material, both privacy and decorative. He was very innovative in coming up with a gating solution around the patio.  It is an awkward angle, but he made it work perfectly. He tied the privacy fence into some existing fence and made repairs to that fence. The removal of the old fence and the digging of the new posts was difficult, I think, in that the soil was very rocky. He suggested a stone wall since the grade was a bit steep between the privacy fence and the flagstone. As you can see from the photo, it is beautiful and matches the patio quite well. Erik has done many projects at my house and they have all turned out beautifully. He is also very busy so be patient in waiting for a call back, a proposal or to get on his schedule. It is well worth it."

"It went extremely well! They were always on time. They were very polite and knowledgeable at all times. All of their workers were very good workers. They did an extremely good job. They were done in a matter of 2 days. We dealt with James, he was very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Mr. Level for a job well done. We would hire them again if we need any concrete work done. We hired Mr. Level the same day that they were working on one of our neighbors sidewalk. We signed a contract on a Wednesday and the job was completed the very next day."
