"Very well. We called in February to ask for an estimate. The estimate was dropped off and the price was great. They said they would add us to the schedule and we would probably be done in June. At the end of May they called to say they would be in the next week. They came when scheduled. When they ran into extra work and had replace a lot of the plywood under the roof, they explained that there wasn't enough air flow and the moisture was staying in the crawl space and the wood had rotted. They replaced it which took an extra day to do and they did a careful professional job to see that the same issue would not happen again. The additional cost was very reasonable. The gutters were cleaned thoroughly after the job and the ground was also cleaned. It was an extremely hot day and the crew worked hard."
