"Mr. Appliance came to my home on May 6, 2025, to diagnose my washer. Larry, the technician, was professional and explained a $99 diagnostic fee would be waived if I proceeded with the repair. I paid a $300 deposit for the part. When the part failed to fix the issue on May 8, Larry advised buying a new washer instead. I was told $201 of my deposit would be refunded by check, but over two months later I?ve still received nothing.
