He provided us with the estimate and start date and timings. Lores stuck to their start date and time elapsed. The delays were due to Coral Gables city and scheduling their inspections. Lores did an excellent job of clean up after the job. They left the property neat and ordered. I would not hesitate at all to recommend Lores and Fernando. Indeed a professional team. He corrected my sprinkler zones and patterns by removing several and replacing others. As we started our project it became apparent that we needed some sprinkler work completed and Sue was able to put us in touch with someone who came immediately and completed the work. She knew the right professional to do the job. Pristine Landscapes is a wonderful top of the line Design company. Everything that was promised was fulfilled and in the most professional manner. We love our backyard. It looks elegant, spacious, and speaks of the professional designing they accomplished. The cost matched the value.
