Duct Works invests in state of the art equipment that is designed for use in cleaning HVAC systems. We use a high powered, truck mounted, negative air cleaning system to service our customers. We are based out of Grand Rapids and are licensed by the State of Michigan. From added insulation to increased ventilation, we have the knowledge and experience to diagnose and repair roof leaks and damage due to ice, snow and water build up that the winter can bring. The company does not call when they need to reschedule and shows up whenever they please with no communication. They do not return phone calls and do not share what work was completed when doing repairs. We paid for a high quality roofing materials as our house had a roof that was currently leaking. After replacing the entire roof the leak continued and after many phone calls and repairs it was finally fixed a year later. We currently have another leak due to an improperly place vent that is causing a leak on our back porch windows. Yet again they were scheduled and did not show up to complete the job. We constantly have to call to find out when the job will be completed. Still waiting for a call back and we are currently in the process of trying to sell our home, making this all the more frustrating."
