Misha has excellent management skills and communication skills - his team worked with full safety being tied to the roof—very comfortable for us and for HRE managers! The team spent a full day and finished with the clean surface (see attached photo) and clean yard. "AFFORDABLE ROOFING was able to squeeze me in between his last project and the next much bigger project because my roof was leaking and the next on agreed to wait a few days longer since his was not an immediate emergency! He utilized far better materials then the original ones and added a new type of weather shield and better flashing and 30 year tiles with a 10 year labor warranty! I would use him again for other projects and he is coming back to do a long list of small interior jobs.
