The office manager and sales rep took me to look at fences they built in the surrounding area. I was impressed with their work. So I contracted with Shuck to do my horse fence. The crew manager contacted me when he was on the way to my state, and stayed in touch to let me know when they, and the materials would arrive. The crew and manager arrived late afternoon. The manager immediately started helping me lay out the fence line. The following mornings, the fence crew and manager arrived promptly at dawn and worked until sunset. They worked extremely hard and efficient but were very meticulous. They were also very neat in that they kept left over material and scrap cleaned up. And they were also very careful with rolling their heavy equipment over a brand new riding ring. And I was astonished on how quickly the fence went up. The manager and crew work extremely well together. The crew manager was very helpful in laying out the fence in accordance with the angles of the house and barn. And giving advice on my ideas that would not work. I appreciated his expertise very much. The proof is in the result The fence looks fantastic and the workmanship is the best. "Great customer service. The owner, Rich, came out for a free consultation to discuss the system and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Paid $1,595 for installation of the perimeter hidden fence, which is a little pricey, but definitely seems worth it. This system is high quality and the installation is professional and neat (even down to the placement of the flags to mark the boundaries). We had the system installed in our garage. The price also included a back-up battery which can run for a full day during a power outage and a training leash and tool. After they were finished, Rich fully explained the system and showed me how to train our dog. We have a 7 month old cocker spaniel and he took to the system in the time that Rich was explaining it. It does not seem painful or inhumane at all. Our puppy did not yelp or act upset when he approached the barrier. He simply turned and backed up. Overall, I am very happy with DogWatch."
