"After contacting Above All Roofing I was quickly notified by Cyle. He was very polite, professional and courteous. We agreed on a time that worked best for me and he showed up exactly when he said he would! After inspecting the roof it was determined that the missing flashing from my chimney was most likely the culprit. Within a day or 2 I was emailed a quote to fix the flashing and also a full roof replacement quote. I decided to go with the full roof replacement. Once again I contacted Cyle and he set up an appointment to meet and was once again there when he said he would be. Once the contract was signed a day was set up for installation. The crew that showed up was awesome! Chris, Cyle and the rest of the crew showed up early and did not stop at all! "Fredy and Andrea at Global Roofing combine to provide excellent customer service with high quality installation. From quote to complete the entire process was smooth. We were looking at metal roofing first and learned quickly that these folks know a lot about the options, potential issues and installation. Ultimately we went with CertainTeed asphalt shingles due to supply chain price increases for metal, a limited color selection, and because I tend to walk on my roof for a few reasons. On the 1st scheduled day the crew arrived on time and ready to work. They hung tarps and netting to collect all debris and protect shrubs , etc. They moved fast and efficiently with a big enough crew to clear old shingles and start installing new by mid-afternoon. At the end of the day they cleaned everything up, and I do mean everything. By end of day two they were done, once again cleaning everything before leaving. We were very impressed with Global and definitely recommend them for your roofing project."

"Doug has been VERY helpful over the past 30 hours as we have had some challenging ice dam problems. (Certainly soooooooo many of us are having problems especially over the past several days.) At first I sent an email and then decided to call. He is easy to work with and very flexible. Doug suggested I send him a photo to better understand our situation. He indicated one of his teams could hopefully service us possibly Monday or ideally by Tuesday. Then, out of the blue, Doug called this afternoon indicating one of his teams was willing to service our ice dam this afternoon!!!! Miracles do happen. "Amazing work, amazing people! Just recently we had to change the entire roof and gutters on our house. Flynn Roofing came as highly recommended by someone we knew so we decided to call them. Right from the beginning it was such a good experience. We had a very quick response from the company. On the very next day Stephen came to our house to examine the roof (actually he went up to evaluate what needed to be done), suggested different options and told us how they would proceed. He brought large samples of different colors of shingles and them left it with us so we could take our time to choose and not to be rushed. We also received a list of their recent roof jobs in our area with the names of the colors attached with a suggestion to check the houses in the neighborhood - and I must say that was a very good suggestion.
