"My wife and I had purchased a new dryer and noticed it took forever to dry a load of clothes.  Since the dryer was under warranty Lowe's arranged for a service call,  The repair man came out and immediately diagnosed that  the vent from the dyer was clogged. This caused the dryer to basically shut down the heating element if it sensed an overheating issue.  He said he did not know of anyone who performed that service.  I went to Angie's list and found Jeff listed there under air duct cleaning.  I read his reviews and called him that morning. <br /> He called me at 9:00 that night and apologized for calling so late but he had just gotten off work as a driver for a local pkg delivery company.  He advised he could come out the next night after work and it may be rather late.  He called the next night--as promised--and came out..Keep in mind the temps and humidity was stifling even at 9:00 PM.  He proceeded to clean the vent from outside first.  Then he came in and said the airflow was still weak, so he went from the dryer out.  Bottom line; Jeff said ours was probably the worst he had EVER SEEN...LOL..Jeff worked very hard and is a very professional person who even after a hard day..has a sense of humor.  <br /> He also gave us a tip on the lint trap and to keep that clean by scrubbing with a old tooth brush every month as the fabric  softener and dryer sheets leave a residue which also inhibits air flow.  He also told us he does heating and AC vent cleaning as well.  We will definitely <br /> be using him again for that service.  I would recommend him with NO reservations at all.  Also; he cleaned up the lint that had blown out onto the dryer as well. <br />"

"Its great. They usually bring three workers. They always let you know when they will be there. There is any special cleaning, like cleaning the oven, and refrigerator out, any type of seasonal cleaning. The patio, or garage. You can give notice ahead of times, and they will charge it appropriately. I didn't price around, so I don't know how much other people charge. It seems like a good price for three people. There is a couple times that they are there at work. The cat got locked in the room, and lights were left on. They are on an reoccurring basis."

"Jonathan was great! He was earlier than the time quoted and contacted me to see if that would work. He inspected the attic in regards to the fireplace, cleaned the fireplace and chimney. Video inspected the flue. Checked for gas leaks. Inspected the outside and roof of the chimney. Went over report with me and made recommendations. Report was easy to read and understand. I had the report in my email before he left! Jonathan answered all my questions and was friendly. He cleaned up and brought equipment needed. I would hire again, especially with their response time. Inquired on Sunday and appointment on Tuesday!!!"

"I pay $102 per cleaning and their price is the same each time they come. I actually have to use them until my contract is up until October. I will be switching to a different company after that. They are almost too fast and not very thorough. I don't have any trouble getting them to come but I have had other services that are much better. Some of the people that clean are better than others."
