"I hired e-maids for a cleaning job so my family and I could move into a new apartment. I was not satisfied with the service. The owner said he would make it right. He charged me for the service that same day more than we agreed. He never came to fix it. A week later, my wife left a bad review. Then we heard from him. The only option he gave us was to give us an hour of cleaning and charge us for more time. At that point a week later I had already hired someone else to do it. Also, I paid for 5 1/2 hours of cleaning. The cleaner did not do what they promised. So an hour in exchange for paying for 5 1/2 is not fair. He also made it clear he would not give me any money back. I left another review. After the second review he called me again. He cursed me out and was very unprofessional and tried to get me to take down my reviews. This was the most unprofessional interaction I have had with a buisness owner"
