"Scott, his son and the crew did a fabulous Job. These guys know what they are doing. From the first time I talked to Scott, he put me at ease with his knowledge and professionalism. They not only fixed the foundation issue, but repaired all of the brick that had cracked and made it look like new. They attached the lintel to the main beam of the house which was never done when the house was built, and again, fixed all of the cracking bricks. i can't say enough about how good these guys are. "You can’t go wrong with this highly experienced Company headed by Mr. Eddie Freeman. They can provide all large or small services, from the complete renovation or repair of any or all interior or exterior of properties to small sophisticated repairs. There are very few building and service tasks that they cannot accomplish at an economical expense. I had two large windows with wood rot, one in front and the other, a specialty kitchen window in back,. I contacted several well known contractors to come and evaluate for options to repair. One wanted to replace the front one (double window) but this would entail all of the front ones (3) to be replaced also so as to maintain the building appearance. ( Super expensive option). Other companies offered somewhat similar expensive options. The rear kitchen window would also need to be replaced, but they could not guarantee duplicating the function and design. Mr. Freeman viewed and because of his expertise, suggested repair of the damage to the front window. Although bad, he thought repair was possible with a new sash and accurate wood work. He cautioned me that the rear window however was extremely damaged and very well may need to be replaced. With his extensive contacts he said he could arrange an almost exact duplicate. I accepted his thoughts and quotes and the repairs were accomplished as advertised and indeed the kitchen window was replaced to our satisfaction. Bottom line: Mr. Freeman saved me a significant amount of monies through his expertise and knowledge. ( Not only that, but he is a very likeable person. )"

"Drainage was completed on time but landscape was left in poor condition requiring me to try to re-seed and fertilize my front lawn to cover up the parts that were unearthed. Cost me more expenses. Called to explain dissatisfaction but to return calls. Lawn service request was ignored. Calls were not returned. Upon several attempts, spoke with Luis who agreed to cut lawn. Day of service arrived and no one came. No calls and no follow up. Lied about ability to complete services and made up excuses for not answering any calls. Will definitely not rehire or consider referring to anyone else. Poor professionalism and courtesy. Not worth the hassle of working with."
