He called beforehand, showed up right on time - then assessed the repair and gave me a quote. Ran to Home Depot for a shingle to match, then finished the job along with an extra squirt here and there of sealant on spots that looked like they needed it. Overall very conscientious, great communication and a job well done. Would recommend."
