The window looks great inside and out, was completed in 1 day and at a good price. Robert is very professional, conscientious, meticulous and knows his stuff. I was so pleased with his work that I have asked him to come back to install hardwood flooring and replace a exterior door. I am quite confident his workmanship will excel in these areas also. "I had carpet installed first and decided to go with empire. I was nervous about all the mixed reviews but my experience was great. I was in a crunch to get all the carpet replaced before my furniture was set to be delivered, I had 7 days to get it done. I scheduled the initial appt on a Saturday which was easy, the rep told me what to expect when the agent came out. The actual agent was very friendly and had all the samples and padding with him. I was kind of shocked how simple it was to pick out everything. The prices were reasonable and my install was set up 4 days later. I got status/progress calls from everyone involved and my 2 installers were great. There were a few nails left around the edges by my sliding glass door but overall I love my carpet. The color and the quality. I’ll return for my tile install next."
