Of all the estimates I got he was the only person to correctly identify the holes in my house as the work of a wood ******. It suggests to me that he has a lot of very intimate knowledge of house siding. The office staff was very responsive. I had to call one day to tell them that there was a power outage and other days to co-ordinate a family emergency. They were always on the ball, keeping everyone informed. The work was very thorough. They sanded the house down to 80% wood. My neighbor, who is a connoisseur of home improvement, said she had never seen such a thorough job and is planning to hire them herself. The workers were very polite and easy to deal with. I want to specially commend the manager of the team, Melvin, who was very competent and easy to communicate with. Unfortunately we had a family emergency during the period when the house was being painted, and Melvin, rather heroically managed to work around our limited availability, which can't have been easy. But he was very gracious and kind about it. After the job was completed and we had already signed off on it, Wilber paid us another visit just to make sure we were perfectly happy, which we were, and to remind us that there is a 5 year warranty on the work. I highly recommend Wilber's Painting."
