She was excellent throughout the process of designing the whole remodel and making suggestions for the selection of appropriate materials and appliances. This is our first kitchen renovation. "The best! Keith, Hank, Michael and Grant were a pleasure to work with over the course of several months last year. I have dealt with many contractors, both personally and professionally, and I can tell you that they should be your first call on any project. The work was done on time and on budget. We added some things to the project, but in no way did they push us to add a single additional item. In fact, we added a complete rebuild of the deck after the project had begun and there was no premium on the additional cost as compared to other contractors who know they have a captive audience. They were present at the property nearly every single day of the project, including Saturdays, as opposed to other contractors who simply give the work to subcontractors and check in once or twice a week, at best. In other words, they know what is going on at all times and are able to give guidance and direction to the subs, and us, on site. They are also more than willing to listen and make any adjustments without crushing you with additional costs! And, they actually work and work hard (especially through the brutal, brutal summer heat last year when we lost our air conditioning for a couple of weeks). I have known Keith and the crew for many years and there is nobody else I would trust to complete such an extensive project which included: completely new roof, all new siding, replacement of every single window in the house (which Keith, Hank, Michael and Grant) did personally, new addition (which included replacement of primary first floor structural beam), new primary bath and primary closets, new flooring, whole house painting including ceilings and more. Lastly, they don’t bite off more than they can chew which sets them so far apart from every contractor we have ever dealt with. Personal touch, presence, attentiveness and excellent workmanship. Highly recommend!"

"2 bathrooms 90% gutted from water damage. Cement board, Drywall and tile were replaced. Installed new shower doors in both bathrooms. Reinstalled toilets and sinks. Paint. Also kitchen, dining room and living room were painted. All furniture was moved and covered when painting. The crew worked clean inside the house and cleaned up every time they were done for the day, I was a little messy outside but not horrible. The entire crew was very easy to work with and answered all questions we had. They showed up for work every time they said they were going to.The job took about 4.5 weeks."

"Gene and his crew did a great job on a difficult project. The house is over 100 years old and had been renovated several times in the past. Gene’s strength is to work collaboratively with his client to ensure the project meets the customer’s expectation. This project changed a couple of times based on what we found during demolition. Gene provided options and was always upfront about the cost of each option. We set out a schedule and the crew showed up on time for the day and on schedule for the week. I am very happy with the work."
