"I had to purchase material needed for the repair prior to the guy coming which wasn't ideal since I wasn't 100% sure what was needed but I got it close enough and he took the area apart and patched it up and gave me very clear instructions on what to do to give it the best chance of lasting (second coat of paint and checking the caulking in a few weeks). Very helpful and it turns out that all of the leaking, including what I thought was seeping under the wall, was from this area of rot and we've had no more problems in the 10 months since the repair was done. "I contacted Reggie Armstrong in late April using the $49.00 landscaping and blue print plan special.  I emailed him on a Friday morning and he responded by email Friday afternoon and met with me on Monday morning.  I feel this was an excellent turn-around time considering it was already into the landscaping season.  We walked the property and I explained what I needed and he drew up a contract listing all the work he would provide and the type of plants and trees he would use. I wanted something low maintenance and gave him control of picking the plants and shrubbery.  The work took approximately 2.5 days and is being completed today.  The finishing touch was the planting of a dwarf Japanese maple tree in my back yard. 

The yard is fabulous looking.  He embedded  low maintenance plants that were very colorful and looked great with the house.  He placed fresh mulch in all the beds after he extended the length and shape of them.  Bordering the beds with a beautiful river rock stone for drainage really set off the entire yard.  He also gave the entire lawn a great looking edge.  When I drove by my house it looked wonderful. I am so impressed with his work and knowledge of his profession that I have retained him for continued mowing and lawn maintenance.  We are also working on a hard-scape and water-scape plan."
