My husband had to call a few times. Rick was polite when he and my husband spoke. I spoke with Rick to arrange the date and he told me I would not be charged for the plaster since it took so long to schedule and that a special kind of quick dry plaster would be used so that it could be sanded the same day. <br /> Once scheduled, the worker was polite and arrived on time. However he missed plastering around one of the door frames and charged me $50 for the materials. He also did not use the quick dry plaster so it was not sanded. <br /> <br />"
