"In May 2020, A&D Exteriors completed 2 large projects for my wife and I: 1) they replaced our asphalt shingle roof, and 2) they installed vinyl siding to replace our cedar siding. We are extremely pleased with how both projects turned out! Kevin Kowalski was the project manager for both projects, and he was a pleasure to work with. He came to our house to evaluate what we wanted done, and he emailed us detailed proposals for each project. The prices were very competitive, and we signed the proposals to move forward. From start to finish, Kevin kept us informed about the status of things, and he always answered our questions promptly. A&D Exteriors also has a designer, Heidi, and she came out to give us her ideas, including helping us choose colors. The roof replacement was done first, and it was completed in 1 day. Eugene was the foreman of a large crew of 7. They came at 7:30am and were done at 3:30pm. Importantly, the crew did a terrific job of cleaning up. Something we particularly liked was that they didn’t put a fixed dumpster in our driveway, they used a dump trailer on wheels to avoid doing damage to the driveway. The dump trailer was dropped off the night before, and was taken away the same day after the roof replacement was finished. The siding project was next, and Arthur was the foreman of a crew of 2. The 2 of them did an amazing job putting up the vinyl Board and Batten vertical siding and the LP SmartSide engineered wood trim to closely match the existing look of our Tudor style house. The work was completed in 4.5 days, and the house looks great! They also did a thorough job of cleaning up. We give A&D Exteriors our highest recommendation!"

"Dave and APR were very responsive to an emergency we had with our flat roof leaking in our addition to the house because of excessive snow and ice. Dave was able to adjust some scheduling to get his guys out to our house immediately where most companies we called didn't even get back to us until the next day (even though we stated it was an emergency). Dave's crew went above-and-beyond by not only removing probably 3 feet of snow and ice, but they repaired the roof in numerous spots including the flashing where the roof met the chimney and brick part of the house as well as completely refinishing the vent stack at no extra charge. Very professional, courteous, and responsive - highly recommended and we will certainly use them again if the need arises."

"Infinity Exteriors recently installed a new roof on my house which included a complete tear off. I was impressed with the efficiency of the installation and the clean up at the end of each day. "<p>We were having water leaking into the crawlspace under the old wooded deck. Tom poured a footing along the wall and perimeter and put in a slight pitch to help solve the problem. The patio is beautiful! The sidewalk came out better than we could ever expect. Tom was concerned about the elevation of the sidewalk leading away from our 4 season room and added an extra step. So glad he did as my mother is elderly and this will help. How he tied in the sidewalk to the shed which faired out to a nice little area to put our garbage cans exceeded our expectations. </p> <p>Tom's Construction is an in demand company based on the their top reviews with Angie's List so schedule out in advance. We signed up late last year and got on the waiting list. We actually pushed the job out since we were replacing our 4 season room or could of had the job completed in May. We got back in his schedule but with all the rain this year and the fact that they didn't want to wreck our yard with the heavy equipment, we got it done in August. It was certainly worth the wait to go with such a professional courteous company. Very friendly and they will help you with ideas to keep costs down. </p> <p>Our yard looks totally different now and we couldn't be happier. Great experience from start to finish!</p> <br />"

"Lakeview Roofing did a great job, I highly recommend. My 4 flat building got 5-6 different quotes to repair our spotty leaky roof, the quotes ranged from complete tear outs with a new roof ($26-36k) to ... cut/patch work in soft spots w/ new pipe flashing and limestones resealed ($2.5k). Lakeview Roofing (Mario) provided a re-roof option where 3-4 weak spots were cut/repaired, removed the limestone caps and then installed a new rubber membrane over the entire roof wrapping under limestones on parapet wall (installed 2nd extra leak proof membrane under masonry/limestones), painted with an aluminum coating (priced in the middle of all quotes). He added 3 roof vents, replaced all flashings, and used liquid silicone, sealant, caulk where appropriate. Mario even added additional language to the quote to appease our Condo Board with regards to the Included 10yr warranty, weâ re installing a roof deck next spring so a warranty is critical. It sounded like Mario under quoted our roof because the limestones took more work than expected. However, the job was still done very thoroughly even though it took about an extra 1.5-2 days. I checked on the project about 3 times a day and I was glad to see high quality material was used, much better material/craftsmanship than our old roof."
