"<p>We were having water leaking into the crawlspace under the old wooded deck. Tom poured a footing along the wall and perimeter and put in a slight pitch to help solve the problem. The patio is beautiful! The sidewalk came out better than we could ever expect. Tom was concerned about the elevation of the sidewalk leading away from our 4 season room and added an extra step. So glad he did as my mother is elderly and this will help. How he tied in the sidewalk to the shed which faired out to a nice little area to put our garbage cans exceeded our expectations. </p> <p>Tom's Construction is an in demand company based on the their top reviews with Angie's List so schedule out in advance. We signed up late last year and got on the waiting list. We actually pushed the job out since we were replacing our 4 season room or could of had the job completed in May. We got back in his schedule but with all the rain this year and the fact that they didn't want to wreck our yard with the heavy equipment, we got it done in August. It was certainly worth the wait to go with such a professional courteous company. Very friendly and they will help you with ideas to keep costs down. </p> <p>Our yard looks totally different now and we couldn't be happier. Great experience from start to finish!</p> <br />"

"Infinity Exteriors recently installed a new roof on my house which included a complete tear off. I was impressed with the efficiency of the installation and the clean up at the end of each day. "Dave and APR were very responsive to an emergency we had with our flat roof leaking in our addition to the house because of excessive snow and ice. Dave was able to adjust some scheduling to get his guys out to our house immediately where most companies we called didn&#39;t even get back to us until the next day (even though we stated it was an emergency). Dave&#39;s crew went above-and-beyond by not only removing probably 3 feet of snow and ice, but they repaired the roof in numerous spots including the flashing where the roof met the chimney and brick part of the house as well as completely refinishing the vent stack at no extra charge. Very professional, courteous, and responsive - highly recommended and we will certainly use them again if the need arises."

Gene, our project manager, did not try to oversell us or scare us into more than we needed. He kept us apprised of steps in the process, especially when weather delayed our date. Excellent communication! We had checked out the ratings of the the 2 different shingle manufacturers they offered as well as a third offered by one of the other roofing companies. We found A & D offered high quality material. We easily made decisions about various options and signed the contract. They pulled the permits and our installation went very smoothly, taking only one day. No money was required until the project was completed. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the crew. They were extra careful with the plantings around the house, protecting everything, and meticulous in the clean-up. "I hired Titan Construction two years ago to install new siding and a new roof. Work was done to my satisfaction. The area around the house was cleaned at the end of the work day. Less than a year later a wind storm took off two of the siding panels. I called Tim Niles, the general manager, and workers were there within a week to replace the damaged panels. However, the stand-out is that while having my gutters cleaned this year from another company, the workman pulled up on the shingles and broke several. I called Tim Niles and he sent his men out and they replaced the broken shingles at no cost to me. I highly recommend Titan Construction."

"After reviewing several roofing companies on Angi and elsewhere, as well as one family recommendation, we went with Seidel to have all the singles, underlying materials, and gutters replaced on our ~ 25 year old home. The first thing to know about this company is that Udo is a knowledgeable professional who is happy to answer any questions leading up to the job, and assist with things that can be challenging, like getting permits or working with HOAs. During the work he checked in multiple times and even supplied some photos of the roof while the crew was up there, to confirm boards were all OK. In short, he doesn't miss details and does a great job communicating throughout. We went with a higher grade of shingle and supporting materials, and so far (after 30+ days and several storms) the overall quality looks great. I don't anticipate any issues through the coming winter, but will update should anything warrant it. Can fully recommend Seidel and we are also likely to use them for a siding project, based on our positive experiences with the roof."
