"We needed repairs to our flat roof because of leaking through our fireplace and improper installation by the original builder. Angelo was very responsive and patient with our many questions and sent plenty of pictures of the problem areas with his estimate. Though his estimate was a bit higher than others we got, he suggested some additional safeguards and offered a longer warranty, which is why we hired him. The two workers who did the work were timely and professional and shared numerous photos of the work in progress. We won't know about the quality of the work until we have a big rain but so far so good."

"I would highly recommend Gemini Roofing...efficient, professional, courteous and prompt. Repair was completed in the time frame that Mike said it would be. I found this experience to be a positive one and a good result made it even better,,,******* Look forward to using Gemini Roofing in all future roof work,"

"Purchased a new multi-flat house to live in and rent, and what we hoped were small issues in the roof ended up being big ones that necessitated a new roof or a repair. They explained both options (repair or new roof) fully and carefully, and were extremely transparent about the cost, the ideal solution, but also what would work for a while. Because the property we purchased also ended up having mold issues, doing the job the right way was our priority, and we went with the new roof. Alsip were *extremely* responsive and worked hard to fit us in before more bad weather hit, which we really really appreciated. Because we were not able to be present for the install, they sent us a ton of before, after, and in-process pictures as well. We'd go with them again in a heartbeat for any roof projects (we're intending to do a green roof down the road and will be calling Alsip first), and encourage everyone else to do the same."

"This company was the only one of many to identify, find, and repair a problem leak in the roof. Very experienced and knows roofing."

"I recently bought a 2-flat with a flat roof that was in really rough shape and especially difficult, it was multiple layers deep and completely in shambles. David and team did an outstanding job: 1. Tearing off multiple layers of old, crumbling roof 2. Installing new insulation and granulated roofing 3. Spot repairing brickwork around the chimneys and edges 4. Spot tuckpointing the front limestone of the building 5. Cleaning the property afterwards The job was done in a total of 4 days, 2 for the tear off and re-roofing and 2 for the masonry/tuckpointing work. I was very impressed by how quickly they were able to get this done given the severity of the issues and the difficulty of the project. All this to say, I would absolutely recommend APR Roofing for your roofing and masonry needs - they were efficient, cost effective, transparent and honest. They also did an amazing job as you can tell by my attached pictures."

Wes came to my home and checked out my roof damage quickly. tom walked me through the filing of an insurance claim. Robert their Master carpenter and his crew does excellent work. Their crew quickly and thoroughly gave me a new roof, gutters, vents and a solar attic fan. I was impressed how clean they left my property everything was hauled away. I would not hesitate to use them again in fixing or remodeling my home."

"Lakeview Roofing did a fantastic job doing a full replacement of our leaky flat roof, reseting our limestone caps, adding flashing, and repairing our door/door frame to our roof deck. They were very professional, very responsive, courteous, and provided a competitive quote. They showed up every day on time, and were tireless in making sure the work was done correctly. "We were so glad to have found Eugene and his company Estate Exteriors. Throughout the repair of our tornado-damaged roof, Eugene proved to be extremely reliable, knowledgeable, and very fair. From start to finish he never faltered in helping us through the daunting and lengthy insurance company drudgery and we're glad to say our experience was exceptionally good with Eugene. He has a wonderful, conscientious and hard-working crew. Plenty of workers to facilitate the job at hand. Besides being a complete tear-off it was a complete replacement of all plywood sheathing/decking with gutter replacement and fascia repair job... a big roofing job for sure. Top-notch work with a top-notch attitude, which is hard to find today. Great job! I myself being a Realtor in the real estate business can't wait to refer Eugene's company Estate Exteriors to my clients. Thanks again Eugene for all your help. Rick and Liz"
