In addition, he was quick to do the job and worked around my schedule for both the initial visit and the job itself. The price was very competitive with other roofers I sourced. I ended up going with Guardian Roofing because of Angelo's top notch customer service and their raving reviews. The workers took pictures throughout the process and provided us with the pictures so we can see exactly what was done. Our neighbors were even impressed with the repair work done. Guardian had to remove siding and shingles in order to properly fix my balcony. They replaced everything perfectly - you would never know they had removed it in the first place. "Purchased a new multi-flat house to live in and rent, and what we hoped were small issues in the roof ended up being big ones that necessitated a new roof or a repair. They explained both options (repair or new roof) fully and carefully, and were extremely transparent about the cost, the ideal solution, but also what would work for a while. "Tom and his crew delivered exactly what Tom promised. He LOVES strong coffee and I am pretty sure he would have worked for the coffee we made for him. (just kidding- he does love strong coffee though) Tom made my husband and myself feel like his family. He treated our property like his own. Whenever I had or have any questions, he responds immediately. He kept us informed of the delays we would have due to inclement weather. He personally wiped our white pvc fence down after the pour to ensure no damage was done.

"Infinity Exteriors did an excellent job replacing my roof. They did the following: Tore down two courses of asphalt shingles Removed an obsolete metal chimney used for furnace. Replaced with roof decking Replaced bathroom vent and piping Added ice shield to prevent ice damns Replaces damaged rotted plywood reshingled with Certantee 50 rated shingles Infinity was incredibly fast and accurate with their services. The kept work side clean and tarped roof when rain came. Total job took about 8 hours over 2 days. Very fast and efficient. Would recommend"
