"We found Landmark construction energy crew, after being frustrated in the past from other contractors. From the initial meeting that we had with Charlie, we were impressed. Their values of customer satisfaction and their deliver everything they said. Charlie was the manager of the work and he was on time for all the meetings that we had with him. He was very straight, kindly and motivated to be invited into our house. He came back and took all the measurements that he needed for the kitchen, asked us many questions about what we would like to include in the new kitchen and 3 days after, he brought us a 3D design for us to look at and see how it will most likely look like. It was exciting to see how fast they could generate a nice design. Charlie knew what he’s doing and we were sure he has done this type of jobs many times before. Their prices are reasonable. We wanted our kitchen finished as soon as possible, so we agreed with Charlie to start the following week. That gave us little time to buy all the appliances, hardware, countertops, tiles Etc… Charlie personally went with us to 2 showrooms where we picked out our tiles and countertops. He also helped us to search and buy all the options for the (sink, faucet, hardware and more…). To be honest, I was probably a nightmare type of work. We moved out of our place during the month of the remodeling and we were a little worried that something would go wrong and we would end up on a terrifying remodeling show. Now after this remodeling is over, we can say clearly that is nothing to worry about when Landmark construction energy crew are working at your house. Their workers was clean, friendly, willing to answer questions. I discovered that Charlie visits the job site every few days, but he too sincerely cares about your home. He always called regarding the schedule, timeline or if there was a problem that need to be solved. We asked for changes to the electric wiring after the tiles have been installed. Would I recommend them to others? Absolutely yes. We will refer this company to all our friends."

"NRG was professional in all aspects.  They were very informative with the types and options of units offered, and explained each step of the process completely.  We had procured three different quotes from three different companies, and although NRG was a bit higher than the others initially, they offered services to maximize rebates on the Home Energy Upgrade program which rebated back about $8900 of our initial expense, netting two new home systems for about $8700!  To receive the Home Energy Upgrade maximum rebates, they made sure each of the units and types of ducting, and my home would qualify for the maximum rebates.  It is a lengthy and highly technical process, requiring an outside contractor to come in to inspect and test your home for energy efficiency once the system is in place.  NRG paid for that testing as part of their services, and followed up with that company until completion of the rebate submission.  That company took way too much time to complete their work, but NRG has since contracted with another, much more efficient testing company.  They made recommendations to make the entire home more energy efficient, such as sealing attic access points more fully, caulking all heating/AC vent connections, checking leaking in air intake points in the home, etc. NRG also took care of all necessary permits for the systems, I just had to call to schedule the final permit completion approval with the county.   I have recommended NRG to friends and family for their repairs and upgrades."
