"They were the only ones I could find who could build the corner appliance garage door. I went through four different people, including the original cabinet guy, general contractor and two other handymen. They found the parts that needed to be ordered, matched the paint and custom built the door. The only room for improvement is that they lost track of my project for a month or so - I believe it was because someone left the company and no one realized this job was incomplete (hence 3 star on customer service). "Great! They were very responsive, wonderful follow through. They fulfilled every commitment and the timetable to a “T”! The project manager made three visits within the three day project including the day after the painters finished. He returned to check their work, to see if any touch was needed and to verify that we were satisfied with their work. There were a few very small touch ups needed, that were spotted by the PM, not us. The crew returned the next day and took care of them. This crew, Erick, Christian and George were about the very best contractors we have ever had. Professional, great to work with, thorough, and super friendly, to boot!
