"The initial contact back took a little longer than expected, but Lewis was quite friendly. The son was no less friendly, and had a great sense of humor. They evaluated my roof and noted that it needed a full replacement, I didn't disagree; however, because of on going renovations, I couldn't afford a completely new roof. I asked for something that would last me 2-3 years, and they didn't hesitate or try to pressure into an upsell. I'll be going back to them when I need that roof replacement."

"The process to get my roof replaced was excellent with West End Roofing. They were on time, professional, and helped us navigate the insurance claim process to get a full replacement. Once approved, their team reviewed the plan/options available for the new roof and work began shortly thereafter. The installers were very friendly and they got the work done quickly and efficiently. They also cleaned up the area around the house very well. I would definitely recommend this company if you have a damaged roof or are in need of a replacement or an upgrade."

"Isai was great at diagnosing longstanding issues I was having with my roof and poor installation that was performed by a different roofer 15 years ago. He didn't try to up-sell me on the repair service I was initially seeking; but, after hearing his expertise on my mansard style roof, I opted to have him replace my entire roof and resolve issues that are likely to cause issues in the next few years. He and his crew did the work on time and with the expertise that I was expecting. I wholeheartedly endorse American Group Construction and found that Isai's character and personality was a great selling point. He was very well-organized and professional."

"Lucky for me, a recent windstorm ripped off my gable fascia. I say lucky because my insurance adjuster brought with him Randall Specht from ReBuild Inc. He also inspected my 3-yr old roof and, although there was no wind damage, Mr. Specht identified shortcuts taken by my original roofing firm –shortcuts I would never have seen nor had the knowledge to identify. According to the shingle manufacturer, those shortcuts were not in accordance with their approved installation methods; problems would not have been covered by my warranty nor would any resulting damage. Although Mr. Specht was brought in only to identify potential wind damage, his professionalism and patient detailed explanation provided me with enough information to intelligently discuss the installation issues with the manufacturer and my original roofing firm. Then, after the original roofer “fixed” his installation errors, I had additional questions about the repair quality. Although I am a civil engineer, I am not knowledgeable about roofing practices. Recalling how professional Mr. Specht was, I contacted him again. He was as generous with his time & explanation as he was originally. Kudos to ReBuild!! Mr. Specht’s professionalism – his honesty, customer service and…kindness -- speaks volumes about him and ReBuild. He went out of his way to ensure I could have my original roofer fix my roof correctly, even though nothing was in it for him or for his firm. This company is what we always hope for we get when we hire a contractor; they will be the first one I call when I have a remodeling project or need a repair done. They are the ones I will recommend to my friends and neighbors."

"Aza answered my phone call immediately and even offered to come by my house and inspect the issue when I got off work. He quickly inspected the attic and the exterior roof of the house and was able to identify the problems (which he showed me photos of the problem). He was able to come out within a day or two and fix the leak and gutter. He is a friendly, professional and prompt person who I would trust to use again. He fixed the problem quickly and explained in detail and photographs what work he did."

"I had a wonderful experience with Southernwood Roofing. Our roof was damaged in a particularly windy spring storm. Southernwood was one of the companies I called for an estimate on the repairs. They came out quickly to assess our rood and walked us through the damages better than my insurance company. In fact, they pointed out things our insurance company missed and helped articulate to them the need for a new claim estimate. They also offered financing for the difference between the insurance claim estimate and the cost of the job. Our new roof was installed and looks great. It was a pleasure working with everyone at Southernwood. They were all professional and personable. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if need be."

"I've been remiss in preparing this review as I intended to write it as soon as the work was completed, but you know how that is. <br> <br>I can't say enough good things about  Mark Furr Roofing and the work they performed for us.  From start to finish, all work was done in a professional manner. Scott,  Mark's on site supervisor, kept us informed as to the progress of the job and personally completed the repairs to the roof over our screened in porch.  At the end of each day, all residue from that day's work, i.e., nails, excess roofing material, etc., was removed from the premises.  <br> <br>From my perspective, you won't find a better roofing contractor in this area than Furr Roofing."

"They put in a new slider for us a while back.  The previous storm door which had been custom made fell apart and had to be replaced way before it's time.  It was the same installation crew that put in the slider and they did a great job on the slider a year ago November and they did a very good job installing the new storm door. They were there on time.  Same crew as before and they were very good.  A very efficient crew, very pleasant and worked hard.  It was a very expensive door.  I decided this time I wasn't going to stint, since the last one turned out to be a giant fiasco.  Not that it was cheap, but it wasn't that expensive.  This time I went for a top of the line door & it is a lovely door.  I'm hoping that it's the last one I see until they carry me out of here feet first. They were good.  They were on time, they were efficient, they were pleasant and they answered my questions.  On price, I didn't do as much comparison shopping on that one.  I can't really say. I can't tell you yes or no about the price.  I really didn't do all due diligence in price, but in every other way they did a great job."
