"Joe not only did a good job, but he is professional and courteous. He showed up as scheduled and explained what needed to be done right away. There was no guesswork. I had a toilet replaced and it was installed better than the previous one. He corrected the base on the floor so I no longer have an issue with it being unbalanced from a previous installation.
