Thus, the Groutsmith was born. As the owner of The Groutsmith Brandywine, my job is both interesting and rewarding, in that my customers are happy when we arrive and even happier when we leave! But, they had to come back a 2nd time to fill in the hole. See pictures. Yes, I was taken advantage of. I paid way too much. The final bill matched the estimate but in retrospect it was too much. Customer service simply stopped once I started challenging the work that was done. I have a large pipe sticking out of my condo that is unsightly. After I asked to have it corrected I was ignored. I would not recommend this company."
