They were totally upfront about their pricing method so no surprises but I am not comfortable with a minimum hourly pricing, cure or not, and paying by the hour no matter how long it takes or if they have to run to Home Depot. Don’t like the open ended relationship would like a firm fixed price. Could not find anyone else to do the job in time required so had no alternative. Good job but $300 for a 20 minute actual job at the end seemed pricey, but no other bids, but got the job done"
