He arrived on schedule, communicated clearly and was very professional. He described what he would do for a "more expensive" and permanent fix, but said I could get by with a simple DIY approach which should last until I need to re-roof. I would let them know that they do good at what they do but they will reschedule several times before they get the work done. I would use them but I would have to be patient."
