Price is always a factor when it comes to something as major as painting the entire exterior of your home. Not only did they pressure wash and thoroughly prep the entire home, but they also used top-of-the-line Dunn-Edwards paint. To my surprise, their quote actually came in as the lowest of the five. They did not disappoint! They are not just contractors, but artists who truly brought out the character of my home. Since I knew the wood was far too old to stain and too expensive to replace, I wanted to do repair and then faux stain using paint and gel stain--a technique I had done myself inside on a small scale.
