"Wow! Best contractor experience ever! My project was complicated, and I'm so thankful that I selected NC Marble and Stone Pavers. We replaced 3200 square feet of concrete with pavers around our pool. There was re-grading, new steps, and a heavy jacuzzi that needed to be moved. To make matters worse we were remodeling the swimming pool at the same time with a different contractor, so there were scheduling challenges. I was working from home so I was always going out to check on things, point out minor corrections, and ask their english-speaking crew member lots of naive questions. I made mid-project changes and special requests. Some things were damaged during demolition and I asked for them to be fixed. None of this was any problem for Alex, the owner of NC Pavers, or Eric, his sales manager, and their hard-working crew. They aim to please their customer and were happy to oblige every request I made, even AFTER the final project was done and paid for. Furthermore, Alex and Eric were easy to reach. They answered their phones and texts every time I called. And even though it was a 50-mile drive for Alex, he made a site visit on most of the job days to make sure things were going smoothly. At one point in the project there was a major complication because the pool contractor mounted his coping at the wrong height so it didn't match the paver steps. When the pool guy refused to own his mistake, Alex made things right by offering to fix the pool coping at cost. I would say that NC Marble and Stone pavers is a top notch company in both quality and customer service. And their price was the most competitive as well! "Amazing people! We just finished Two bathrooms & Full Lanscaping basically Full House remodel with Jean and very happy with the result. Already recommended Geico Builders to our neighbors. Pros: 1. Reasonable pricing. We quoted about eight reputable contractors, and Geico B. cost estimation is one the more competitive ones. 2. Great PM and communication: Our PM Carlos and Jean is such a joyful, communicative, and accommodating professional. They made the whole process much easier. 3. Great foremen and workers: they showed up daily, worked hard, and generally kept the area as tidy as possible. Our foreman Delmar is very experienced and also a great person to work with. The work quality seems great too (tile work is amazing up to a small details). 4. Our Pavers & Retaining walls and all Lanscaping looks amazing I can’t wait to start to play our favorite game which was proposed to install by Jean thank you for the best idea ever. "I was extremely satisfied with Technique Pavers' work on my driveway, walkway and front patio. All my neighbors were impressed and commented favorably on the new look of my front yard. Technique Pavers team was easy to work with, flexible, and delivered on time. Kelly refined my project design, resulting in a much improved and better-looking end product. I was very much impressed with my retaining wall. Technique Pavers had to clear up the brush on the north hill of my property. This was a steep downslope, so it had to be layered. "We hired Jeff of TriValley Landscape to restore and refurbish our 25 year old landscaping and he did a fantastic job for us! Jeff is very passionate about what he does, he had clear ideas & a vision for our space, and is extremely knowledgable about plants & their placement in the different microclimates of a mature yard. His artistic eye for landscape arrangement is amazing! Fast forward to completion: Jeff & his team pruned & trimmed our existing trees and shrubbery, cleared out the planting beds & old landscape material and did a full refresh of our yard. New irrigation, drainage and soil amendments were added. Sod was replaced front & back. He replaced our old raised garden beds and replaced our original flagstone walkway with a beautiful new walkway & seating area. Additional decorative boulders were placed throughout, a highlight of the yard for us. New lighting was installed. The planting beds were overhauled with all new plants, artfully and thoughtfully placed by Jeff. The result is natural, evergreen, balanced and colorful. Absolutely beautiful and we love it. Jeff’s approach is collaborative every step of the way. While he brings a wealth of his own ideas, he really listens to you and demonstrates tact & understanding as you share ideas and feedback. He truly wants you to love your yard and the final product. Jeff is a perfectionist, his rates are fair and he’s an honest businessman. His crew is professional and hardworking. Jeff and his team are personable & communicative and they were a pleasure to have around! Our yard restoration was long overdue and we’re glad we found Jeff of TriValley Landscape. Highly recommend Jeff and will look to him for any future landscape needs. All in all, the best experience with a contractor we have had! PS, Post job completion we experienced a sprinkler leak and failure of 25 year old equipment (valves & irrigation main shutoff). Jeff had an emergency crew here into the weekend and they didn’t stop working until the leak & equipment failure were repaired and all issues resolved. We appreciate that he was there for us when needed in an emergency."
