"Superior plumbing has saved the day for me on countless occasions. I hit a sewer pipe with a lawnmower because it was sticking out of the ground and hidden by overgrown grass. I didn't know what it was, and sewage started coming out a few days later. I had another plumbing company come out and quote me $30k for a sewer lateral. I then had Superior Plumbing come out since they had recently installed a sewer lateral for my parents' house for much less. They said a piece of the pipe fell into the pipe, causing it to clog. They pulled out the piece, then cut the pipe to the ground and put a concrete cap that said "sewer," so I wouldn't hit it with the lawn mower again. It cost $1700 instead of $30k! Last week, the landscapers hit the cast iron sewer pipe coming from the bathroom outside. I immediately called Superior Plumbing, and they came out in 30minutes, as luckily they were close by. They addressed the issue and returned a few days later to replace the pipe with PVS, which proved to be very affordable. I then had them return to strap pipes under the house and install a water pressure regulator, as the water pressure was 95 when it should be 60. I got a callback within half hour and was told that Tyler was about to finish his work in Palo Alto so he could come in about 1 hour if I wanted. Tyler came on time and explained how he would do it after checking briefly. He started working on very quickly, shut off the water at the meter and knelt down to cut off the leaking valve. He replaced it with a ball valve and soldered the pipes neatly. He even polished the copper pipe at the end. The whole job was done in about 45 minutes, and I'm more than happy with the quality of the work. Even my picky dad gave it a thumb-up."
