At Greenix Pest Control, we know that effective pest control is a process, not a one-time fix.
"I hired them and was told after that the things I needed them to do like pest control for premaintance all bugs and mice. To keep them away. I was told costed more once they came out. Also they took money from my account before they came when it was only suppossed to be held in case I didnà  à ¢à  à  à  à  t show or cancelled. They cancelled cause the worker told me a different price. So. Be carful using them"

"Supposedly came and sprayed once per month but the techs would only be on site for a few minutes when they were spraying an acre of land. I personally watched one tech on my ring camera sit in his truck for 10 minutes upon arrival then walked around my house just to return 3 minutes later, packed. his stuff up and left. No way he sprayed even a little of my property that fast. Fleas and ticks were the worst we had ever had after we switched to Greenix. I believe it is because we were ripped off and they never acctually sprayed my yard after seeing the tech on video. My wife even called and had them redo the yard as they say they will do and it never helped. I know this sounds like a terrible review but it is 100% our experience with Greenix. Were were even supposed to have our last spray of our long, expensive contract and the guy never showed up. If we didn't keep texting the guy I'm sure he would say it was done and charge us even though he didn't show up. "

"A technician from Greenix was very rough with my property, and I have video evidence showing them breaking my gate. This started a claims process back in September that has now stretched over several months. Iâ ve been through countless calls with agents and supervisors who, while polite, are unable to reach or even communicate with their own claims department. Recently, my claim was finally â resolved,â with Greenix denying liability for the damage. The claims representative argued that the technician wasnâ t even at my property that day, only driving past itâ despite their own customer service verifying the exact timestamp of the service call from start to finish. The entire experience has been absurd. Adding to my frustration, when I told them I wanted to make sure my service agreement didnâ t auto-renew due to this ordeal, they informed me that they couldnâ t stop the auto-renewal at that moment. I was told Iâ d need to call back on March 5th to cancel or pay a $230 cancellation fee, even though my remaining services would only cost around $90. It wasnâ t until I threatened small claims court that they finally agreed to cancel my policy. Iâ m now free from Greenix, but I would urge anyone to beware. Their policies and claims processes are not consumer-friendly, and if anything goes wrong, itâ s like talking to a wall. It should never be this difficult to cancel a policy or resolve an issue. Proceed with caution."

"Bobby inspected the house especially the basement and outside the house as I showed him the trouble spot where there was a swarm of ants. He was personable and transparent about what the process would be and the exact chemicals to be used. The environmental and health impacts were very important to us as our pet dog had recently been diagnosed with cancer. We had been resigned that there would be toxic chemicals involved. Bobby was very open to talking about it and showing us what would be used. It turned out there would be a very dilute spray of fipronil the main ingredient of the pet flea and tick preventative Frontline that would be sprayed around the outside of the house. This seemed to be as non-toxic as one could hope for so we went ahead. Booby immediately performed the treatment. The application was guaranteed and if it didn't work within 7-10 days I should call them and they would come back out. 5 days later all the ants were gone! It seems the work done was a bit pricey, but Bobby came out within 2 days of my contacting the company, everything was guaranteed and I don't know what the competition charges. And very importantly it was effective."

Unlike many pest companies we're not going to make you sign a year long contract! We don't to service agreements of any sort; we are a one time treatment service. We are family owned & operated. Cost is determined by the job. Phone is the best way to reach us so please don't hesitate to give us a call!!! Additional contact names - Robert Eunice, Pat Keaton, John Eunice. We also do V.A. termite inspections and treatment.
"PPI was quick to return our call and very friendly. We had a woodpecker making holes in our trim and they thought from the description over the phone that it was looking for carpenter bee larva. When John came out he was immediately able to tell that it was in fact prospecting for a nest. He gave great advise on how to remove the (protected) woodpecker safely and had no charge for the consult. PPI will definitely be our go-to company for any future pest problems."

A standard pest inspection takes between 30 and 60 minutes to complete. The inspector needs time to examine your home's interior spaces, crawl spaces, basement, attic, and exterior perimeter. For larger properties or homes with limited accessibility to certain areas, the inspection might require additional time. Having areas cleared and accessible before the inspector arrives can help ensure a thorough and efficient evaluation.
Payment responsibility varies by region and real estate market conditions. The buyer covers pest inspection costs in many transactions to protect their investment and satisfy lender requirements. However, in competitive markets, sellers might offer to pay for inspections to make their property more attractive. The final arrangement is specified in the purchase agreement, so review this document carefully and discuss options with your real estate agent.
To prepare for a comprehensive inspection, make sure the inspector can access all areas of your home. This includes noting any signs of pests you've observed, removing obstacles blocking access to attics, basements, crawl spaces, and plumbing areas, and keeping children and pets away from inspected areas. Clear away clutter from perimeter walls and ensure the inspector can easily access your home's foundation, both inside and outside.
While related, these inspections serve different purposes. A general pest inspection examines your property for evidence of various pests, including rodents, insects, and other unwanted creatures. A termite inspection specifically focuses on wood-destroying organisms like termites and carpenter ants. Some inspections, like the Wood-Destroying Organisms (WDO) inspection, specifically target termites and similar pests. If termites are a particular concern in your area, you should request the cost of a termite inspection rather than a general pest assessment.
