"Nick and his team are professional and good communicators and did a good job removing brick tile from our kitchen. The cost was $1000 and he and one other man completed the work in less than four hours. Doing the math, that is being very well paid per hour of work especially considering there were no cost for materials. Note: he originally quoted me $2000 and said it would be 3 men 8hours. After the floor removal I had him quote floor leveling and tile installation. His quote was $1250 more than another local company. I hold no ill will for his self-advocating and getting the most money he can for his work, and I hope the same respect is returned with the warning that he comes at too high of price/value ratio compared to other options in our area."

"It was a Most Excellent experience doing business with Krumlauf Floors for my Mother's condo. The Work scheduled, more than a month before, was done on the days projected. Any and all communication was responded to PROMPTLY. Landan and his crew present themselves professionally and speaking from doing many home improvements myself, did a superb, craftsman like job. The project required removal of cheap vinyl and carpet on a slab to install quality wood laminate and 100% vinyl on a slab. ALL furniture and appliances was moved with respect to replace ALL flooring beneath them."

"We hired Brian Banyard from Affordable Interiors after getting 2 other quotes from reputable, well known wood flooring installers. We were in need of someone who could quickly remove most of the flooring on the first floor, which contained a large amount of tile, as well as a small amount of laminate and carpet. Brian and his son Toby quickly removed all flooring, making minimal mess, and cleaned up well afterwards. Brian and Toby then installed hardwood flooring in all areas where previous flooring had been removed. We were very impressed with the quality of work they provided. This was a large, expensive project, and we fell confident Brian and Toby were the best to get this job done to our satisfaction. We have a step down into our great room that is on a curve. Brian was able to skillfully cut each board so that it butted up against the preexisting wood on that curve seamlessly. He then hand sanded the preexisting wood and stained it to match the new floors. It looks absolutely beautiful. We mentioned to Brian that the rubber flap was missing from the bottom of our backdoor and he took it upon himself to purchase and install the replacement, free of charge. Brian and Toby were very prompt, showing up at 8 am and leaving between 4-5 pm. One night Brian worked extra late to complete some work. Brian and Toby are a friendly, honest, hard working father/son team who take pride in their work. I felt comfortable having them in my home when I was and was not at home. My children felt comfortable with them in the home. The job was completed in about 2 weeks, which was quicker than we anticipated. Brian has been in this business for a long time and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Brian and Toby of Affordable Interiors to complete any project you may have, whether is be small or large."

"Very happy. Floor looks beautiful, and price was very fair. John Rankin was easy to coordinate with beforehand. He hung plastic to protect our cabinets and basically walled off the area. We paid extra for him to come back after the floor was sealed and put ram board down to protect the newly finished floor from other contractors doing other jobs in the house. Very happy, give him a call if you need wood floor work!"

"My door jamb had a split from the bracket screws for the bottom hinge of my previous storm door and the hinge screws no longer held tight. My own attempt at repair with wood filler had not worked well. A couple of door companies said I needed to replace the door jamb for $400-$500. Bill asked me to send him a picture via text message. Upon seeing that and then stopping by to look in person, he said he could fill in the split and previous screw holes with wood filler and sand it down to be smooth for $200. I opted for that. He completely filled the screw holes and the crack, and the whole surface was completely smooth. You would hardly know anything had been done to it."
