Was looking online for carpet restretching and NEZ flooring popped up. Although the company was 50 miles from me, Nick came anyways! Dedication to great customer service! They did an awesome job! Price was pretty comparable to local services, but talking with him on the phone and his easy going professionalism was my deciding factor in having him complete my repairs. I would absolutely recommend him and his team and may even use him in the future for some carpet replacement in other areas of my home. Triple A service!"

"I can not say enough good things about this company. They were prompt and efficient. We had them lay vinyl plank throughout our first floor and then carpet on our stairs and entire second floor. All work is beautiful. They listened and responded to what I was wanting for my flooring. All employees on their crew were polite and hardworking these are their employees, not subs. The job was completed ahead of schedule and when they left all equipment, supplies, and trash was removed. They want your business. Their price was higher than our first quote and they worked to get where we could both be happy. As soon as I met this team I knew I wanted them to install my floors. He and his assistant did a fantastic job and the quality was outstanding. "Very happy. Floor looks beautiful, and price was very fair. John Rankin was easy to coordinate with beforehand. He hung plastic to protect our cabinets and basically walled off the area. We paid extra for him to come back after the floor was sealed and put ram board down to protect the newly finished floor from other contractors doing other jobs in the house. "My door jamb had a split from the bracket screws for the bottom hinge of my previous storm door and the hinge screws no longer held tight. My own attempt at repair with wood filler had not worked well. A couple of door companies said I needed to replace the door jamb for $400-$500. Bill asked me to send him a picture via text message. Upon seeing that and then stopping by to look in person, he said he could fill in the split and previous screw holes with wood filler and sand it down to be smooth for $200. I opted for that. He completely filled the screw holes and the crack, and the whole surface was completely smooth. You would hardly know anything had been done to it."
