"Nick and his team are professional and good communicators and did a good job removing brick tile from our kitchen. The cost was $1000 and he and another guy completed the work in less than four hours. Doing the math, that is being very well paid per hour of work especially considering there were no cost for materials. Note: he originally quoted me $2000 and said it would be 3 men 8hours. After the floor removal I had him quote floor leveling and tile installation. His quote was $1250 more than another local company. I hold no ill will for his self-advocating and getting the most money he can for his work, and I hope the same respect is returned with the warning that he comes at high price compared to other options in our area."

"We hired Krumlauf Floors to redo the flooring in a 3rd floor senior condo my parents purchased. Under the existing carpet was concrete which was jutting up in some places and needed much grinding and leveling. They ground and leveled the concrete, installed the flooring,stained and installed quarter round and replaced exiting damaged trim. They continued the flooring into all the closets and even were able to install it in the utility closet under the hot water tank. Many more really nice touches were done that I haven't written about. From the initial meeting to the final invoice the entire process went so smoothly for us that it was actually enjoyable. And the end result of the flooring is incredible. Their workmanship couldn't be better. Landan, his dad and Dustin did an AWESOME job for us. Super professional, very friendly and GREAT craftsmanship! I highly recommend this small, extremely professional company. I wouldn't use anyone else."

"We hired Brian to tear out our old flooring (carpet, hardwood and tile) in our kitchen and great room and install engineered hardwood and new baseboard. He and his assistant did a fantastic job and the quality was outstanding. He was creative in the interfacing with other rooms and added detail wood crafting to make the finished floor look outstanding. I would highly recommend him and hire them again for future projects. "Very happy. Floor looks beautiful, and price was very fair. John Rankin was easy to coordinate with beforehand. He hung plastic to protect our cabinets and basically walled off the area. We paid extra for him to come back after the floor was sealed and put ram board down to protect the newly finished floor from other contractors doing other jobs in the house. "My door jamb had a split from the bracket screws for the bottom hinge of my previous storm door and the hinge screws no longer held tight. My own attempt at repair with wood filler had not worked well. A couple of door companies said I needed to replace the door jamb for $400-$500. Bill asked me to send him a picture via text message. Upon seeing that and then stopping by to look in person, he said he could fill in the split and previous screw holes with wood filler and sand it down to be smooth for $200. I opted for that. He completely filled the screw holes and the crack, and the whole surface was completely smooth. You would hardly know anything had been done to it."
