"We have been struggling with a storm door which would not lock easily and had gaps around it and also had another wooden door that wouldn’t lock easily. Ben responded immediately to my request for a quote and came out the same day! He was courteous, professional and friendly. He gave us what we considered a reasonable quote and we hired him on the spot. He came out and did the job quickly and we couldn’t have been happier with the results, no gaps and the locking mechanism worked perfectly. We should have hired him years ago and not constantly tried to readjust this storm door ourselves. We would highly recommend Ben and are considering having him do other jobs for us"

"Charles was at our home for 6 hours to attempt to install one door. Not only did he leave a gap at the bottom of our door but he added a piece of plywood and cheap door sweep due to his incorrect measurements. The trim is cracked, there is a random hole in the door, the door doesn?t close correctly and wanted to spray the polyurethane instead of brushing it on. Charles wanted to focus on my husband being frustrated when he was still at our home at 5:30 pm when he was nowhere near finishing this installation and at this point my husband finally showed him how to install the hardware he was struggling with. I have more photos but they wouldn?t upload. He destroyed our 1.500 $ mahogany door. "

"The installers (Thomas and Noah) were on time, conscious of everything they were doing, and our dog loved them. Outside of that, their trade skills were outstanding (I'm a regional maintenance advisor for a Fortune 100 company, so I know) and they were even careful about noise because I was in a lot of meetings that day. Just outstanding from start to finish. Ira, the job lead made intros and followed up. Mark feels like a family friend. Wouldn't use ANYONE else."

"We contact Samson to carry out the cabinet installation in our kitchen remod project. Mike was sent over from Samson to provide an estimate and our intial impression was good. It went down hill from here. Mike was not actively engaged and the two workers sent over, Leon and John were hacks at best, not the finish carpenders expected for a kitchen remod. They arrived on the first expecting to demo our kitchen, we were very clear during our initial meeting with Mike this would be complete on arrival. Leon and John were not prepared leaving for the day and not returning, Over the next five days they worked sporatically and on two occasions John left after only a half of days work. We were billed for full days for both men. This of course needed to be sorted with their office manager. Long story short, these guys are hacks and not proper finish carpenders. They are very sloppy and their work ethic is horrible. I do not recommend anyone uses this company."
