He then asked about cleaning the ducts, and I recognized an entrepreneur who was willing to work hard (our chimney had 8 years of grime), because honest excellent work leads to more work. I am going to trust Jonthan with additional work. He texted before to confirm, arrived on time, assessed the job. Jonathan has a method and is clean in spite of cleaning a very dirty chimney and understands treating all honest labor with respect is integral to professionalism.
