The paint has held up incredibly on the stucco walls and wood fascia and I have not even considered touch up painting if it was not for the replacement tile roof installed a short time ago. With the tile installation, the new trim rake tiles where installed exposing more wood than before and therefore, Joe's services were necessary again. We were able to arrange an appointment for the following Monday.  He arrived promptly with his son and they got straight to work.  The wall looks great and once I have painted it won't show - very happy.
