They do not accept credit cards for any payments, contrary to the notation on the Angi site. If you do not pay exactly when required, they stop all their work even if you have already paid a majority of the contracted amount. If you dispute anything you end up speaking with some of the most arrogant and disrespectful people on earth. They want final payment even without providing a receipt for that payment. A final inventory was not provided and items were missing. Avoid using this company!"

Updates kept changing: first ?35 minutes away,? then ?before noon,? then ?2:45 pm.? After two days off work and eight hours of driving, with constant broken promises, I no longer trusted them with my belongings. I requested a refund and deposit return. They agreed, then twice called back trying to offer a discount instead. On the third call, which I recorded, they again promised a full refund. It?s now been nearly a week?no refund, no response, nothing but silence. Completely unprofessional and unreliable."
