A BIG note:  Shelley performed several jobs in our small neighborhood and recalled the names and locations of our neighbors' homes that he performed the work.  One of the jobs he did was a few doors up from us.  We spoke to those neighbors, who tend to be stern critics, but they couldn't say enough good things about him.  They had their water system installed about 10-15 years ago and their home was about the only basement that wasn't flooded when we got hit in October with the tropical storm.  It really impressed me that a contractor would recall the people and jobs he did with such great detail, and wasn't afraid to give references.  It just goes to show that he cares about the customer and takes pride in his work."

"Chad was a bit slow on the response initially, but with all the snow we had, it was understandable, just a bit of a hiccup at the beginning.  Once he got started, he worked some long days getting all the misc things completed.  Even made several trips back to the box store for items I picked up but were wrong.  I added a couple of things to his list after he started and he worked them in without a problem.
Next phase will be a bigger bite but waiting until the weather warms up as the house will be open during that time.  I will continue to use Chad a lot going forward."

They completed a paint project that included trim repair and wall patching due to my destructive paw baby the mud area, along with painting the mud room, living room /kitchen along with bedroom, in addition they changed out my lights completed a fix by adding on the the tile work in my kitchen and painting my kitchen island. I am particular about the work done and wanted to ensure there were crisp paint lines. They worked with me to ensure i was satisfied with the final product. The team came through nicely! "They were professional and courteous. They came out and did the work promptly and cleaned everything up. We had some problems from storms in the winter and twice lost shingles. The first time they came out quickly and repaired the missing shingles. The second time it took several phone calls to get them out, but they did come out and fix the problem. Overall, I think they are a good company. They stood behind their work which is important. If it wasn't for the slowness in response the second time I would have given them an A in responsiveness.
