"OK in general. The work was delayed a lot by the weather. The rotten top two 2x4 beams (10 feet long) were removed and replaced and primer placed on the bare wood during the first visit. That part of the job was excellent. When it came time to paint the new wood, the worked thought he was to do the carpentry work first. He noted it was done and offered to paint the entire trellis. He used a roller then a brush, but it was blue on blue, and I couldn't tell if anything was not painted. However it was clear he did not cover the white primer on the new wood well at all. There were multiple white areas showing. This could not be seen at eye level, but was glaringly obvious as you went up the stairs to our front porch, and was easily seen from the porch. I reported this to the manager, and she sent out a professional to finish the job correctly."

"I have never written a review for any service but I will for this. The day the crew arrived I was so sick I had to let them in and just say to skip my bedroom because I needed to be in bed. They said "it's OK, we'll take care of it". I admit I was skeptical especially since I wouldn't be able to watch over them. That evening I got out of bed and looked around. "Auriane is a hard worker. She comes on time, as scheduled: greets us; and gets to work. My dog loves her and always insists on a belly rub when she comes into the house. She usually brings a second person and they work very efficiently together. My house is always fresh and clean when she is finished. She even puts fun decorative touches to the tissues & toilet paper. She does not charge an hourly rate. She estimates the job and gives a cost quote. I have hired other house cleaners who took 3 times as long for the same job. So I feel that her prices are fair. Auriane is Brasilian and is still mastering English. But she uses a translation app. We have no communication problems. I am so glad I found Nunes Cleaning Services. I have severe back and neck problems and am unable to do the floors.
