"The call was made to Handyman Matters on March 31 and we got an appointment the next day. Kevin showed up to see what materials would be needed for the sprayer and went to get the part. When he returned the job was done quickly. While we had wanted to have the dryer vent just cleaned it didn't work out that way. It turns out the vent was very old and started to degenerate while Kevin worked on it. He showed me the problem (this explained why there was dust all over the laundry room for months) and said that the vent was very old and was mostly clogged (a real fire hazard). Kevin went and got material to replace the vent altogether and was done shortly after that. Kevin was knowledgeable, polite, answered questions and cleaned up after he was done. Good work. <br />"

"Auriane is a hard worker. She comes on time, as scheduled: greets us; and gets to work. My dog loves her and always insists on a belly rub when she comes into the house. She usually brings a second person and they work very efficiently together. My house is always fresh and clean when she is finished. She even puts fun decorative touches to the tissues &amp; toilet paper. She does not charge an hourly rate. She estimates the job and gives a cost quote. I have hired other house cleaners who took 3 times as long for the same job. So I feel that her prices are fair. Auriane is Brasilian and is still mastering English.
