"We hired this company to install a new siding, new framing, new windows and doors, paint the siding , we made the mistake in not checking the reviews because one of our clients recommended them for this project, BIG MISTAKE IN HIRING THEM! Hector is nice and has a good customer service, unfortunately he does not have experience, does not know how to do his work and even less, guarantee the quality of his work. We paid almost $23K only for the siding and painting of it. The siding was badly installed, the wood was green, aesthetically, they did not leave it well placed because they cut the wood wrong and had huge gaps between one piece and another. When they painted the siding, they did not let it rest, so after 3 weeks of having it painted, it started to stain throughout the whole exterior of the house. We contacted Hector to see what he can do unfortunately he told us that he can't Warranty and he won't back to the property if w e don't pay more just to see the problem, We told him that we will not pay a penny more because he should be responsible for this job because it's new not even 3 months that he done this job so he decided to go to the court if we want but he won't fix the problem. If we can rate this company with a 0 star we would rate 0 star. Please don't trust in them they don't offer warranty even if they say life warranty it's not true."
