"Integrity Pools resurfaced my pool last summer and did a wonderful job. They now do my weekly maintenance. As a result of last winter's storm, my equipment was damaged and I had agreed to have Integrity Pools come out and repair it. In the interim, my plumbing was re-directed to at least filter the water so I could use my pool during the summer months. This was done by a gentleman named Anthony T. and I am deeply grateful for the job he did. Recently he came out and repaired all the damaged equipment, and again reset the plumbing, so my pool is back to it's original condition. Anthony is the epitome of a professional. He is extremely personable, professional, and the care he shows for his handiwork is indicative of the type of person he is. He was training a new assistant during this latest process and the way he explained, demonstrated, and critiqued the work being done was extremely impressive to listen to. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Anthony and what he did for me. Highly, highly recommend Integrity Pools as everyone I've met from the company is definitely 5 star caliber, and the company IS the employees."

"Jason, the owner, is very hands on and takes great pride in not just the building process but in the whole customer satisfaction experience. I know we saved about 10% going with this smaller, more attentive company than we would have being just another job number with the larger 'crank it out' operations. What we got in addition to the savings was a very knowledgeable, very caring, and honest pool builder. Our pool was completed July 2021 and we built during the height of Covid. Amongst all the supply shortages, scheduling issues and overall chaos of the global pandemic times, Jason saw us through it with great communication and patience. I waited this year and half to see how this company would respond post completion before I wrote a review. I wondered if after they were paid, if we would be left on our own or no longer a priority anymore. I have been very pleased that not only has Crystal Water Pools continued to hand hold me as a first time pool owner through this first year but Jason has stayed as engaged and genuine as the day we signed the contract with him.
