"I arranged this Holiday light tour as a surprise Christmas gift for my mother in law. Most of our party was picked up at one location and we picked up my mother in law next. Our driver, Erika, arrived a couple minutes early and was was happy to accommodate our second pickup. (Very challenging driveway/Lane was no problem for her)! Erika was very professional and friendly. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the night. We choose a 10 person stretch. The limousine was beautiful and clean. Appointed with glasses, ice etc.. Erika showed us how to adjust interior temperature, radio volume (for Christmas music) etc, to ensure we would be comfortable. We were able to bring our own favorite treats and wine. Unlike other limousine services offering holiday light tours, Renee's considers pick up location to reduce wasted highway drive time to locations that aren't nearby. The displays we saw were spectacular! We all agreed to include this in our family Christmas traditions. Renee's is the only way to go!! I wanted this tour to be a special gift for my mother in law. I am very grateful to Renee's for providing a wonderful evening."

Sue and I then choose colors, styles and put together a coordinated look in a single visit. <br /> The results have been wonderful. I have been able to get on top of my home update and feel confident about those important initial steps that are the foundation for assembling the look that I want. We have met for two home visits and also did a shopping foray for furniture, carpet (multiple areas) and coordinating fireplace tile. The bigger and clearer the picture the better the drawing. I will start an initial sketch right away and take pictures of it and show it to you. Please email them quickly if possible, because the holidays are coming and I get busy. Once the initial sketch is done. I usually take something down on it. It's a lot of work doing the initial sketch. This varies on the cost of the drawing which we will discuss right away. \n Drawings are usually 175 for 9x12's \n 225 for 11x14's \n 275 for 14x17's \n After this process is done I continue with your art piece sending you photos on line all the way through which many people find a lot of fun. I am also friends on Facebook with almost every person I've ever drawn for as well and would like to be your friend as well if you would like that. I post them on FB at your discretion. It makes me way more legit to people as well. \n The Prices vary with the art because of the size of the drawing as well as the number of faces. The number of faces DOES NOT double the cost. "There was some confusion during our phone conversation about the add-on cost to clean my windows, but it was explained better when the cleaners arrived. I was happily surprised that the service included cleaning the inside lower window casing. Right at the end, a screen was punctured. It was repaired quickly, returned and installed with in a few days. I was impressed with the cleaners work ethic, friendliness and my very clean windows!"

"I am between a 'C' and a 'D' for this review.  If there was as 'C-' that is what I would use...We used Jacob and Pine Ridge LLC for yard and tree service in the past.  Jacob is VERY professional and the yard work and tree service was excellent.  We expected this in the snow removal which is why I was quick to sign up with Pine Ridge for the recent season (Oct. 2013 - April 2014).  It was not a good experience at all.  The price was great, the quality was average sometimes but most of the time not god and other times only one run up driveway (the driveway requires at least two or three pushes to clear).  It was a winter with a lot of snow and the crews were understandably busy, but on only ONE day the entire season was my driveway cleared before 9:00 AM.  Some days it was just before noon.  I had to shovel myself on several days to get my car out in the morning.  The plus side is this - Jacob has THE BEST responsiveness.  He answers his phone, calls back.  However, this did not translate into improved outcomes.  Jacob did say, 'call any time and we will come back and clear things up'.  While helpful and responsive, I do not think I should need to call and manage the quality of snow removal when compared to other neighbors with snow removal from other companies there service was in my opinion and judgment (1) earlier and timely, (2) of higher quality.  I have checked around and done some more due diligence on what is expected with this type of service and we will be selecting another company for snow removal next year.  I would not use this snow removal review to compare with Pine Ridge tree and yard service which in my view is A+.  There is just something not working in the snow removal department. <br />"

"Architectural Landscape Design was a pleasure to work with. They answered all our questions during the design phase graciously, and they were very clear concerning what our options were within our budget and what we could do if we increased or decreased that budget. <br /> I also loved the fact that they give you a whole design around your property so you can see how your project could tie into other parts of your landscape as well as what you could do next. <br /> More importantly, our paver patio turned out beautiful. Just gorgeous. We've gotten nothing but compliments, and we have already gotten almost daily use out of it. <br /> Last but not least, their customer service after the patio was done has been amazing. There were some minor concerns we had, and they came out and fixed them with no hassle at all. <br /> I strongly recommend Architectural Landscape Design, and if we ever want to hire out any more landscape work, we'll definitely be giving them a call. <br />"
