George was great, he listened to the situation, provided recommendation, showed up on time, did the inspection and a couple minor repairs, produced photos and documentation Citizen's required. (The roof they replaced had white flashing. Farrell installed the black flashing). Although Steve Farrell came out to look at the issue a month ago and offered to "help out" with the roofing part of the repairs, he has ghosted us ever since despite two follow-up attempts. $25,000 in repairs later, I would not recommend Farrell Roofing.
