"We did have some issues where the wrong color of material was brought for the work, they did catch it before actually installing it, and then failed to return promptly or otherwise communicate with us on when we would be able to expect the correct gutters to be installed. Thankfully though, once we raised a complaint, the owner jumped on the matter, owned the issue, and made sure that we were completely taken care of. From what we understand they are also taking steps to ensure that they have better insight into these sorts of things moving forward. So, we are now satisfied and would even recommend them."
