"Those guys were terrible. I had asked that they give me some feedback on their findings, and would send me a picture of what they saw. It was back and forth, and it was a waste of time. I thought the interaction was good, but they didn't follow-up. If they had followed up, they would have gotten the sale. I never got the results of it. There was nothing else done because, I never got any feedback. I don't know what I got for what I paid. They did the inspection when I wasn't there, so I don't know if they were punctual. I thought they were professional except for no follow-up."
