When I called their Los Angeles office, they reached out to St. Pete, and only then did they return to me via email. Being oblivious to what happened with his business the entire day, Orlando did not bother calling me even after realizing what happened. When I asked to talk to him several times, he finally called and offered to provide cleaning the following day. I asked him how he would like to be the guest who goes to a vacation rental with dirty sheets, kitchen, and towels. I also asked him where his commitment was to his business. Orlando must not have liked what he heard, as he hung up the phone and cancelled all future services quicker than I could. I had to leave my son with neighbors on my only day, Sunday, and head to the unit to clean it myself as a responsible host and a business owner. I would caution anyone from giving business to this irresponsible person. For the record, I asked for a phone call from the company and have yet to hear from them. So it is not only Orlando but also the company that has a similar attitude towards its responsibilities."
