One day an unexpected, fast-moving heavy rainstorm came through as they hurried to get the tarps over the exposed rafters. In addition, after roofing the main house, the work on the garage had to be delayed for a few months due to a separate construction permit issue on the garage structure itself (not related to the roof). But through all of the challenges, they continued to work with us until everything was complete and looking fantastic. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up at the end of each phase, and they reinstalled the gutters properly. I highly recommend Rainier Roofing."

"I had a small project to fix some relatively minor storm damage and remove the pool solar heating panels. Miguel came out to provide the estimate within a couple days of first contact. It was a small job, so he personally did the work over two days. He notified me of his comings and goings, cleaned up after himself, and the roof looks great again. He was also able to do some minor fascia repair (additional cost, of course) along the way. I'll definitely use John Hogan Roofing next time I need roof repairs."

"Representative came to estimate new asphalt roof and soffit repair. First told us the would not reattach our gutters because the holes won’t line up. Then said they could repair the tea soffits because of our pool cage. I asked how a company that sells and installs gutters can’t simply reattach ours and she had no answer . Also asked why an experienced contractor remove a dozen screws holding the pool cage to the roof then reattach them she said they just don’t do that work. Finally she gave us an estimate of over twice as much as two other companies. This is twice as much for one third less work given what they can’t do. Urge people avoid this company."

Bob Stephens, the Estimator of Kennedy Construction Groups, came out to look at the problem. After his inspection it was determined that the job was not a fit with his company. Even knowing he would not get the job he spent about 45 minutes offering a doable solution, explaining some of the things to be aware of when hiring roofers in FL, gave us a deeper understanding of the use of solar panels on roofs, and some very useful information about government programs to help consumers with the costs of replacing their roofs. He was very professional, knowledgeable & pleasant with a good sense of humor. Kennedy C.G. will be our 1st choice when the time comes to replace the roof on our house, but hopefully that time will not happen for a while."

They showed up on Monday Morning did a complete tear off, replaced the plywood which was all soft due to many hurricanes and had the metal on and completed by the end of the day.
